I see there are multiple sources for stainless gimble steering pins.
Nuwave marine is one source. What others are out there? Is one better than the other? Why?
Also, where's the cheapest place to buy the bushings, seals and etc needed for gimble ring rebuild.
Would need to be Mercruiser/Quicksilver brand.
I've located JRmarine and Mercstuff.com.. Who else??

From: Omaha, Nebraska. Boat on the Mighty Mo! Longest river in the USA!
JRMARINE has the best upper swivel shaft (steering pin) and UBOLT. They also have every bushing and seal you need.
One stop shopping, and get it correct the first time.

Completely agree. JR marines pins are made from 174-PH Stainless steel, while most others are 304, which isn't as strong. Their U bolt is 17-4 stainless with special Monel nuts. Doesn't get any better than this. On top of the best parts, their customer service is top notch!

Yes, and its a very good idea to make the pin out of strong aircraft stainless steel especially when then pin is housed in soft aluminum. The Gimble ring will break long before a 304 stainless pin will. Just saying. U bolt upgrade not a bad idea. I bought everything off eBay when I rebuilt my gimble.
