New to OSO re. posting…lurked & poached info for quite a while..thanks to all…great site.
I think I know "how" to post pics, but I don't have permission.
Is there a minimum number of posts required to be able to attach pics ?
Thanks & think Spring

You must have a paying membership to post pics. I think it's about $50/year.

You need to use photobucket to host them. No need to pay money

To the OP. Like has been mentioned already, upload pics to a hosting site such as photobucket then use the image link and post them here. I'd be more than happy to give you more details if you want. Feel free to pm me and I'll help a little more.
Every pic I post is done this way.

He asked about posting DIRECTLY on THIS site. In order to do that, you must be a paying member. It is absolutely true and not misinforming.
He didn't ask about hosting it. And what is so bad about supporting a website that you obviously enjoy and reap the benefits from?

I have no problem with supporting the site. You have no clue who I am or what I've done to support this site financially. I'm secure enough with myself to not feel the need to explain it to you either.

You have no problem supporting the site, yet you are telling others how to "cheat" their way around paying, like you do. Makes no sense. The man was having an issue posting a pic the conventional way that you would post a pic on a forum, by attaching it directly to your post. I answered his question and here you come with your bullchit. I don't know who you are, nor do I give a frog's fat ass who you are. If everyone had your mentality, then this site wouldn't be here. I'm done.

I reread his post. I don't get that from his question. Simply my opinion, nothing more. Sorry if I chose to give him accurate information that helped.

Eddie is a valued Advertiser and long time contributor on OSO.
Buck is a valued long time member and contributor on OSO.
You are both stand up guys and this is not something worth getting worked up about.
Both of you are correct about the ways to post pics on OSO.
If IB/OSO wanted to close the option of being able host pics on another site and link them here, I'm sure they could.
Buying paid memberships is a great way to support OSO, but it is not mandatory to participate.
