1. A 29 ft. CC at 50 MPH is going to be "hold on" type speed......CC's are not anything like go fasts
2. Pair of 300's will probably overpower the hull and this was a price point boat, not top speed record holder

and the price is right on i believe. i picked up a new 24' everglades bay boat with single 300 for 110k. 130k for the 29' SS is deal. job well done guys!

50+ is hold on speed in a CC? Well then I guess we will need seat belts in our newly purchased Concept Center Console, which is capable of 65 MPH w/Twin 225s.... I think twin 250s would be perfect fit on that 29', but I believe it is a heavy boat so I don't think twin 300s would be too much. I think Concept is now equipping their 30s with twin 300s as an option.
