Phantoms are the hidden jewels in the boating world. Will is the man when it comes to building a fast, well built and horny looking boat. One of the greats. That 32 is gonna rock! Thanks Matt for bringing attention to a small, hardworking shop. Nice write up.

Bad-ass is what I think when I look at that picture, horny is just a term a Jersey guy would not use to describe a boat, but I now understand your thinking. Now go win some races in that bad-ass Phantom of yours, I rooting for you!
