Looking for a sea water pump mounting bracket

A friend is trying to find the bracket that mounts the sea water pump on a 1999 Merc 454 MPI with serpentine belt. PN 861087T. Anybody got one?

Are you sure that is the one he needs

Yep that's the one, the problem is NLA - no longer available from Mercury.
