anybody ever put mechanical indicators on lencos?

Yep I have seen it, as soon as it stops snowing I'll go snap you some pics. Basically it consists of 2 hose clamps holding the cable to the ram with a throttle cable like clamp (semi crude) and an angle bracket bolted to the tab. Works good.

I would skip the mechanical and get the lenco switch with digital indicators. Have used them on two of my boats and love them. The cables will be a pain to intall, have to add more holes in the transom, and the cables dont have a very long life span.
