hey guys, this is a long shot, and im not sure if this is the right region.. but after having shops sold while i was in them, i am hopefully signing a lease in the next coming days for a new building.

didnt know if anyone from cuse/rochester area would need a space to work on their boat or anything else for a few months. Not interested in storage. The rent plus other expenses is going to squeeze every dime i have available so i would only be looking at 300+/- a month just to give me some room while im building my Cafe. The building is located on rt 5 in Elbridge. Its a brand new 40x60 pole barn with a 15' door. 220 elec. no heat. but secure building. its sealed so a salamander will be just fine until march.
