We bought a new one last year for our 38 Special that is the same size from go2marine. http://www.go2marine.com/
It's in Heavy Sunbrella, fits really well and did not fade with the Florida sun or the Winter in Kansas.
Also, it was less than 1k with shipping and all. Made in the USA.

Go see Bill Davies at Davies Canvas on North River Road in Harrison Township. He just did a full Sunbrellla cover for my 32 Sunsation this past fall for around $1500. Custom cover that fits like a glove, he does excellent work and has been around forever.

How was the wind flap if any? At what speeds? I checked out their site and it seems they can make custom sizes. Interested in one that wraps around the side of the hull and wraps the entire bow about 4ft in.

Edit: Nvm. I found this "Thank you for your inquiry with Go2marine. Unfortunately we do not carry bow covers only full boat covers. For a bow cover you will need to go to either the boat manufacturer or a marine upholsterer in your area to have one custom made. If you have any further questions please let us know."

Still a nice looking cover though. Looks like I'll have to go custom.

No wind flap. No beating the sides and up to 85 a few times.

1500 for a 32 footer that is not as wide. I will bet it's closer to 2000 at the local shop.

If they have your boat, this is custom fit.

We wanted a cockpit cover and were getting bids around 1200 bucks so we bought this full cover instead.

We will be making our own cockpit cover. Already made a new helm cover with a compass hat built in.

If I remember right, the cockpit cover material for us was going to be a little over 300 for heavy weight sunbrella.
