Bill Pyburn, Sr. has taken back the reigns for the Jacksonville Poker Run after a few years off. I know the run was a huge success when he was in charge and I expect it will be the same once again.

In the past this event has drawn 150++ boats and a great PR Village.

This was always a "must do" event and the crowd and fun reflected that. While the turnout always had a lots of big hardware, due to the wide open water, the run was really about the charity and great organization. The value was very good with 3 days/nights of events and a host hotel/venue that is within walking distance of everything. I am sure all of that will continue.

I expect that the turnout will be increased and the fun times will return. I am definitely attending and will be happy to discuss the event with anyone that has questions.

The P1 superstock boats will be racing in Jax that weekend also, should be a great event.

I think a nice little rebound will happen on boat count. That alone is worth the trip. It was always a special event in a cool location.
