Currently have 3blade 23 pitch on 30 scarab with 350 mags. looking to change to 4 blades... Thoughts/ input..

What RPM are you seeing with the 23 3 blades? Are they mirage, or Mirage plus?

If you need a tad more RPM at WOT, i'd try a 21p Revolution 4 blade. If you're rpms are good, or maybe need a tad less, I'd try a 23p Revolution 4 blade.

About 5200. They are lasers..

I think you would be happy with a switch to Mirage plus 3 blade props
The Laser props are designed for small light boats and are likely to have high slip numbers on a large heavy boat.
