Saw a yellow and black mid 80's to early 90's 28 Saber Cyclone yesterday running in Biscayne Bay. These Sabers are not common here in Miami especially the fact that 28's are rare. I haven't seen this one before. Its was a guy and a lady. They were leaving from Matheson Hammock and then saw them running towards Stiltsville.
