GLH made the trip a couple time from burlington vt to miami or so in FL.

took 7 days, so for you with a shortest distance,I'd say minus 1 to 2 days for champlain and champlain canal and hudson river. and how long for FL? minus 1 or 2 days again?

between 3 and 4 days is my guess for 8-10 hors a day.

But GLH might chime in and help you out more than I do!

I know atlantic city to NY was 3 to 4 hours at 35-40 mph. you might take 6 hours!
