The Pacific Offshore Powerboat Racing Association (POPRA) is returning with a four-race schedule in 2014 that starts with the inaugural Lake Perris Grand Prix in a couple of weeks.

Probably would not be getting around the island without the 5 inches of rain we just got. Should be lots of spectators.. I know there is lots of Jet ski tourist that run on that lake ( one of them hit my boat! ) It will be great for the Jet skis and a fun time to get the offshore stuff rolling !. Lake Elsinore would be my choice of the lakes to have it on,.

they had some jetski racing there last year(twice) by the same promoter and it was a good turnout..
lets see how it goes with boats plus jetskis...
have other plans that are all ready made so ill miss this..

It would be nice to see POPRA get back on track and rolling again. Some great racers from the west coast!
