Salt water? How many hours?
Get surveyed. If stock manifolds, look underneath manifolds for rust. Prob will need to replace soon. After I sold mine, guy ran it 4 times and they leaked on inside. Cheap insurance to replace and get many hours out of her!!
Great boat!! Should run 65-67 ish.

The 25 is a great boat!! The first poker run we did on ours, we had 6 ft swells in Lake Pontchartrain coming back from Tickfaw 200 to slidell. A friend with a 34 formula didn't' even make it and parked it a got a ride.
We definitely felt safe and the boat felt solid. We had to run in the troughs and occasionally would jump out and land in another and keep going. I had never been in a deep V that landed like a 24 degree deadrise boat!! Landed like we were on a pillow!! seriously!!
At 150 hours if stock, runs can be a factor, I would still check the undersides of the manifolds for rust, this will give a good indication of how good they are, but I would still change them if there were stock. they were just sitting and rusting with no hours on motors. Mine had 200 hours in 2008 on my 99', lasted 5 years until she rusted out. Toward the end, it had rust, I thought it wasn't too bad, but it ended up failing in #8 cylinder that year on new owner. I felt pretty bad, but I told him they probably needed to be changed.
