Default 525 header removal

Anyone have any tips on getting headers off a twin 525 boat. The outside ones aren't too bad but the inside is a real pain in the azz. I'm thinking it's going to be even harder putting them back on.

I have done it on a few different boats. Its not so bad to do. Removing headers is a plus, when comparing attempting to remove standard exhaust manifolds. The fact that headers allow you to see the bolts ( due to the tubular design ) along with the bolts being so close to heads, makes room for sockets. Of course, take one inner header off first, then the other is real easy to get to. Pick one side to remove. I like to start by removing the 6 most difficult bolts, leaving 2 bolts to keep the header secured to the head so it doesnt bobble around. Then get to the last 2 bolts. Good luck.
