I bought this here about 2 years ago, it sat on a shelf in my shop until today. It does not fit the wheel I am using so for sale it goes. I don't know what wheels it fits sorry. It is a 6 bolt pattern, for 3/4" taped shaft. 2 pieces, the large is 3" and the other 3/4". I guess you can stack them or use on on the front of the steering wheel. I don't know....
