Default Casinos around Chesapeake Bay???
We are headed to Pasadena, MD this Sunday to water test a boat and if all goes we'll take home on Monday. We want to stay in a hotel with a casino in it, don't want to drive once we check in. I saw Dover Downs was about 70 miles away, but was wondering if there is anything a little closer.

Check out Maryland Live Casino about 20 minutes from Pasadena.

We did but they don't seem to have a hotel on site.

Perryville north of Balt has a casino . but they are much farther then MD live . You'd have to check with them to see if they have rooms on site

Other hotels in the area have shuttle to Maryland Live Casino I believe.

There's a Hampton Inn close very close to MD live. You can walk to the casino.
