136 pounds. I just took mine off last week and weighed it. And that's dry, imagine when its full of water. Typical tubular aluminum one weighs around 50-55

Yeah I got a couple of them too. Thinking maybe one of them would make a cool looking workbench.

Forgot say that they are the ones off the Fastech's. Two 353s and two 382s.

I wouldn't think you would notice any real speed improvement but you will be saving some weight. I myself like the look of the SR1's with the swim platform. What I did with my 311's is I cut the baffles out of them or you can use a hole saw and drill holes in them. You can do this by taking the rubber flaps off and go in through there, you don't have to take the swim platform off. I would also leave the flaps off ( I hate the sound of them flapping when the boat is at an idle ). Your motors will have less back pressure and the boat will have a nicer sound to it without being to much loader. Again you won't notice any real speed gains unless you are running big power and they need to breath better, but I think you will like the sound better.
