2003 Baja Brass boat plug and plate

2003 Baja Brass boat plug and plate
My drain plug is seized and I can't unscrew it. I have went to academy and all over the net looking for one. All I can find is the 2" OD flange face with 3 screws. The 2 inch screw holes are just a little smaller then mine. Does anyone have any Idea where I can find one for a 2003 Baja Outlaw with tether for oil hoses? I ordered one from Buster Marine. They said it was over sized 2 1/4 inch flange face. It came in and was 2". Can't believe it is so hard to find a $15.00 part.
