previous owner took the stock blower off for better fuel mileage. im getting ready to put it back on . any insight on what I need to do with the t-stat housing and hoses to make it work

Get a low profile tstat housing and hook them up the same way they are now.

What makes you think that was a 525SC??? If it ever was a 525SC, about the only thing it might have now is the block and heads.
A 525SC without the SC wwould probably make about 400hp.

Yeah like I said bud its a 525sc with the blower taken off for better fuel economy. It had a merlin x intake and volley 850 on it now and I was given all the stock stuff including blower and 1050 to bolt back on
