FORT MYERS BEACH, FL -
A man's car was 15 feet underwater Sunday morning.
It was all caught on camera Saturday night when a man handed over his keys to a valet at the Moss Marine on Fort Myers Beach. We were told the valet might have forgotten to put it in park when it began to roll off the dock and into the water.
"It was kind of smooth it just sat there floating. It didn't go very far, slowly getting lower and lower until it starting shorting out, and then the lights came on the trunk popped. Then it sunk," said witness Daniel Vincent.
No one was inside the car at the time. Divers helped pull the car out on Sunday

I worked at a marina in NH in the late 70s and the owner's son swung the forks into the road and took the roof off of a car as it drove by. Luckly nobody got hurt, just a lot of cuts from the glass.

We had a pipeline inspector park his truck on the right of way, where they were digging ditch. A little time passed and the hoes kept getting closer and closer, but he didnt move his truck. Eventually one trackhoe got REAL close and made that pickup into an open top with the bucket.

The fountain drop was not involved with this incident....although....like the op....I'm thinking that when u drop a fountain off a forklift......your next job is valet.
Clearly, if the same guy....
Anything that u can drive should be eliminated from his resume.....
