Is the lower case the newer design with the longer bullet? 1990 I thought was the longer lower but I'm not sure. If it is the newer design, what would shipping cost to 17073?

1990 should be longer lower and should be an oiler as well.....I thought only 1988-1989 had the short lowers and the option of being a sealed unit w/o resevoir??
