Default Yellowing gel

What is the best way to restore the bright white color on my hull sides? You can see where the original painted graphics where on the boat. The boat is all white right now and I have tried 3m super duty and it didn't make a difference. What is the easiest and safest way to restore the gel? Thanks

I had to wet sand and buff mine.... Use aqua buff, Polar shine 35 or vibra cut. 3M **** cost too much

It's not a stain, it's actual discoloration from the sun where the painted graphics use to be for the last 20 years.

What grit sand paper did you start and finish with before buff. Did you use a long board with water? My gel is already getting thin in a few spots as well, I will have to be carful when sanding and buffing

Gotcha. Yeah gonna need to sand that for sure. Hopefully it will come all the way out. A few I've had didn't. Good luck.

Heat gun on low and a rigid plastic scrapper. Use 3m adhesive remover, or cheaper West marine de waxer to remove left over adhesive.
