older 28 scarab Excell in the classified, anyone have the low down on it ??

Just curious. Boat seems to look pretty clean and stated the engine has low hours.. Anyone know this boat, can give me some feedback?? Buddy is looking for a boat, this one seems like a decent buy considering what it has.. Thanks

he's my good friend,motor i fresh w/ very low hours.boat ran 81-83mph.and its very clean and well maintained.either talk to the owner Tom direct or shaun harrington on the board or myself.
