ITS drives on a 1997 30 spectre

I Thought I read somewhere that the merc ITS transom assembly does not fit on the 30 spectre cat ,any one that know it ?

There's quite a bit of room around the bravo transom assy, I would think it would be pretty easy to make it work. If you find out further info, please share, I'm interested as well.
