What a great team these guy's are. Stepping way up to the plate to try and run with the big cats in a Vee. As the underdog IMO I will be rooting for you.

While no one keeps "official records" on this stuff, I believe the Nigel Hook's Lucas OIl sponsorship is the longest running sponsorship in offshore racing history.

No surprise.Win or lose, Nigel is ambassador for the sport.

Nigel and Janet deserve everything they put together--Some of the best for sure.

Will the 1075's be swapped at some point? Looks like a large power disadvantage especially having the vee hull.

I'm surprised they disallowed forced induction in the previous class, basically killed it, but I guess they figured it was working for the cat class. Lucas oil is at a double disadvantage now.

Lucas Oil/SilverHook definitely has its work cut out for it against cats with unlimited power outputs, but the team wants to compete in a class that's likely to have a good fleet—and see what happens. They're gamers, that's for sure.
