525sc valvetrain
how often should i pull the valve covers and check valve
lash?i believe my 525sc has crane gold roller rockers and
hydraulic flat tappet lifters.just wondering,motor has 80hrs.

valve adjustment !!!
Hey Joe,
You shouldnt have to check the adjustment on this type of camshaft for quite awhile yet. A hydralic flat tappet in this type of motor can go for a few hundred hours before needing adjustment. If you wanted to you could check them around 200 hours if it would make you feel better, but you really wont need to.
