Looking at 87 force 250 vs Outlaw? first time buyer

Hey guys! Looking at a 25 with a 454. Is this boat fit to run in 2-3 in th ocean? Im a tugboat operator with only my cc boat to go by. How does this old hull design stack up against the outlaw?

as an Outlaw owner, I would say night and day difference. That said, choice would be an Outlaw. A 30 Outlaw at that.
