Cool We were "up north" Torch Lake and Traverse City

Torch Lake had plenty of ice on it still. Torch River was clear of ice as it is through the winter. Grand Traverse Bay especially East Bay looks like it had lots of ice too. I'm sure we will be able to swim by August LOL.

They have a relatively short summer - like a day or two - then there is a week of road repair and back to winter.

We were up there the previous weekend and there was a fair amount of snow in the woods and the smaller lakes were completely frozen still. The snowmobile trails were iced over yet as well. Memorial weekend should be nipplelicious!
