just got some Livorsi controls for twins for a baja 33 outlaw replacing the stock ones just wondering if this is a easy install as i never took throttles apart i am fairly mechanically inclined should i give it to a shop to do ????

Yes fairly easy. When I did my formula from merc 2 in ones to Eddie marine elite I had to open hole a little more and hook cables up. Not difficult at all.

It is not difficult at all if you have some mechanical ability. Lable your cables with some tape when you take them off the old controls.

Took them apart and the shifters controls came apart the throttles are a little fussy I will continue tomorrow

Dont have to disconnect in the bilge. I have only messed with the zero efforts but they are all pretty much the same..I can help to have an extra set of hands holding things as you put them together. Might be a good idea to check your shift cable adjustment when your done just for peace of mind.

No reason to disconnect them in the bilge unless you need some slack in the cable to get them disconnected from the controls.
