Got a group of 4 couples headed down the weekend of the June 19-22. Looking for recommended hotels or rentals close to the downtown action. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Loews hotel in Nashville is great. It's on 21st Street and West End Avenue.. only a few mins from downtown Nashville. My son goes to Vanderbilt University and thats where we always stay. Another option is The Hutton and there is an Embassy Suites there as well.. All within the same vicinity.

The Gaylord opreyland hotel. It's the largest hotel in the world under one roof. Very nice, multiple restaurants, shopping, multiple pools, and it's next to a bass pro shop. You won't be disappointed, that would be my first choice. I've stayed there a few times and it's always been great. Kevin
