Default factory mercruiser camshaft question

I have a 98 baja 302 with mercruiser 454 mpi 330hp engines. Im trying to find a replacement cam for one of my motors im in the middle of rebuilding. The cam i pulled out has numbers stamped on the end 2296 and 7218 and between the lobes is the numbers wb 21097 74.

Ive found a cam on ebay with the numbers 2296 and 7114, says it was from a gen6 454 crusader. But everything i could find on those engines were showing they were counter rotation and i know both my motors are standard rotation. So is this cam part number compatable to use for my motor or can anyone give any info on it?
