I don't know about the turnaround thing, but Innotech in St. Louis, MO. makes them for a lot of cars, airplanes and boats, they did mine and it turned out great, talk to Steve.

I just sent a plywood template off to "Ultimate Marine Panels" in Miami FL. Not sure if they do carbon fiber, I am having mine done in acrylic. I have heard good things, and was told 2 week window...

Innotech in St Louis did mine and they were fantastic. Each switch was also marked before it was clear coated. Very professional, on time, and on budget.

Depending on the size, I can get you a carbon fiber panel blank. Just take it to anyone that does waterjet work and it should work perfect. Standard CF or you want a color aramid fiber mixed it?

These guys probably have what you want in stock, they also do machining so they could be a one stop shop. I have a cnc friend that milled my dash up for me if you really get in a bind pm me and I'll send their info along

Tecnografic in Lauderdale is very good and can do a plastic panel (from your template) in many finishes (I think he offers a warranty on the finish so long as you don't drill/cut any new holes.
