I have a pair that I just dropped off for clean-up and new springs. They are 320cc 1-043B's I'd take $400 for the pair as they are plus shipping.

Sorry, we missed on timing. Heads are now cleaned, baked, magged and pressure tested. $650 plus shipping. Needs valve-job and springs.
