Question 550 Ilmor

How/can you get the running hours off a 550 Ilmor from the ECM?
Thanks,
Dean

The gen 1 and 2 Ilmors don't record hours on the ECM - not sure if the new ones do either.

What octane do the 550's run 91 or 93?
Thanks,
Dean

Dean, the higher the octane, the better for the engine, but 91 is acceptable for a MV10-550. Let us know if you have any other questions!

IG,
Thanks for the info. Our 2009 Viper Gen 4 Engine requires 91, but I'll be running 93 in the 550. Also, can I still get a Owners manual for the 550?
Thanks,
Dean
