Default BBlades Customer Service

Late 2012 I lost a prop shaft in lake Cumberland so I up graded the shafts, purchased a used prop and sent the remaining prop and the used one to BBlades to have them matched and do their magic. When I receive the props back in the spring of 2013 they did not perform near as well as before. I didn't want to be without a boat so I just lived with them for the summer. This winter I called BBlades and the lady told me they have a 60 policy to rework and they weren't in that 60 days, I said It didn't mater I just wanted them fixed and didn't want to go through what I did last summer. The end of the story is, I receive my props last week, they rework both props and sent them back without charging me a dime. In my opinion that's great customer service and shows what kind of company they are.
Thank you BBlades

I don't know what kind of power you have but Hydromotive P5x's worked great for me on my 28 Daytona. I had 496 Mags (375hp) and it ran 91 with 29 P5x's and no blowout coming on plane.

Brett and crew are the best in the business. We trust nobody else with our propellers.

wow, maybe I should do the same, they worked both my sets of props and on the first outing with the Hydros I knicked them so never really got a chance to 'test'
The Bravos really never made much of a change over what was original Just lived with it
