I am on the market for a 2002 powerquest silencer. Has spent most of it's life at the dock in a slip (2-3 months per year). The boat was surveyed in 2012 and showed no delamination and low humidity everywhere except for the transom... The note says: average to high humidity in the transom. Any toughts? Go or no go on that one? Priced low. Any inputs appreciated
