Default SAD NEWS: Cancer took my MOM on WEDNESDAY.

Well at 58 years young my mom after just 1 kemo treatment passed on. She left her husband my dad after 37.5 years. A lot of people turned out to wish her good by and she lays to rest here in Las Vegas. She had 4.5 grandchildren 3 children 1 sister and 3 brothers. She will be deeply missed by all. It all happened so fast. Kemo session #1 was complete on Friday and my dad took here to the ER on Monday morning she fought till WEDNESDAY morning. Will miss her.

I can't get too upset when someone over 70 dies. They lived thier life and no one can live forever. 58 is too young. My Mom died at the same age many years ago. I still miss her as I'm sure you will miss your Mom for the rest of your life too.

I feel for you my fellow boater friend. I lost my mom on Valentines Day this year. It has been very difficult. Be with your father as much as you can. He will need all of your support even if he says he is ok. He will not be. My parents were married for 42 years, together for over 45. Be as strong as you can be for him and allow yourself to grieve with your spouse or close friends. My thoughts are with you.
