Default last day of warranty, buy extension?

It's gambling I know.496ho, 118 hours, just had it
checked out, no codes on the smartcraft.
1700.00 for 1 yr..3250 for 2, around 4000 for 3,and
5000 for 4. For this kind of coin a 6 month deal suks.
But we all know that. had a hp500 carb lunch with 220
hours. Thats makin me gun shy. Any advice?...thanks J.C.

I have been thinking about the same thing, I've got 70hrs on a 2001. I've just put a fuel pump on but other than that have had no trouble. The prices I got were quite a bit less but I still don't know if it's worth it.

Don't waste your money.

When you add the Whipple, the extended warranty will be null and void.

I guess everyone who buys a new motor has this issue. I decided to spend less than the 1 year extended warranty on a pre-lube system that'll eliminate dry starts for good. Hey, if somethin' breaks in 5 years, then I'll still be up by a few grand!
