Default Vector Powerboats make a comeback in Monaco!

I assume most of you US powerboaters are not aware of what is happening in Europe, more specifically at the Monaco Grand Prix just now.
It was surprising to see noone has picked up on it yet but it seems like Vector is back and they are making quiet a statement.

They are now in partnership with Martini Racing.

They have "reworked" the hull, making it lighter than the Lucas Oil raceboat and they changed the set-up a little.
Their V40R is powered by twin Ilmor 725 running 100mph tops.

Here are the links for the boat:

The plan is to do eventually do a one-boat-class racing series and a couple of record runs.

Would be interested what you guys think about it?
