Question What do you Nordic 35' Flame owners think...

What is our 2000 Flame worth minus engines? It has everything except engines, here's a list, and a few pics. Just looking for some input as I am thinking about selling her "As is" since I can't find the time to get the new HP500's installed into her. Thanks,
Dean

She came to Fl in 2004, 50% fresh and 50% salt water running. The boat was wet sanded and cleared with 5 layers of PPG clear back in 2009. Here's some pics of the 502 MPIs that were in here, that I have sold with the intention of putting the HP500's in her.... Just to damn busy with work. Hell, I didn't even get to go boating last weekend!!!

Not a Flame owner, but she looks clean. Flame fair market minus blue engine fair market would be a good starting point IMO. I am no expert, but when I sell I try to under cut by 10% or so if I want a fast sale.

Default Pics from yesterday at Mystic

I went up to Mystic yesterday and washed her and took some pics, (with just my cell ph.). The last pic is the Nordic sitting next to a Mystic C5000, it makes the Nordic look like a Dinghy!

Jay,
Yeah that is the # I'm trying to get to. I have (2) 2002 HP500 Carbs with 60 freshwater hours on them, (they came out of a boat in CO.) I have been trying to get in there, but I just can't get the time to install them.

Why not just have the guys at Mystic drop them in? It won't require a lot of rerig does it?
