Sounds like agreat idea. You have some Kaamas lying around ? I redid a sunk 1985 302 with Kaama drives and the Kaama 425 hp motors built by I novation . It had a very low windshield , I have never seen another one like it with it. You by chance have one with the low windshield Kaama 302?

shredder my a$$, that is not a bad boat at all. I owned a 1986 357 with Kammas. It was an awesome boat and is a great match to the kammas, if you can find them and maintain them. In fact, there are a set of Kammas with 2 extra drives on OSO for sale. They are extremely unique IMO, as they have unique transom assemblies that provide for two steering rams for each drive. I don't see why they would fit this boat, but normally the Formula came with a small transom assembly. What I love about them is the rooster tail!!! I looked like I ran 100 MPH even though I was mid to upper 60's. I think with true 500 hp engines, that boat would run 70 mph and would turn a lot of heads. The 357 is a wave crusher for sure. Good luck with your project!!!!

No my 302 has the high flat glass.
My concern is the rot.

Did you buy the boat? I have something you might be interested in. It'd be more expensive but its got a good trailer and its set up for kaamas, no rot and in NY.
