GGB exhaust inserts

Has anyone had any luck at noise reduction with these inserts on dry 4" pipes on 560 hp NA? Or any other suggestions?

I had them made a set for my 3" dry exhaust on my ls whit 560 hp that is real loud ,they make the noise far less nasty as it was very sharp ,downside is I lost a few mph on top end

I have a couple of sets of 6" inserts on my motors but mine are wet exhaust. They do quiet it down a bunch. Can't help with dry exhausts though... Jim
