Ok guys he checked all the connections at the switch, tab its self, & gauge all tight and clean. When you hit the switch no "clicking" sound or anything at all. Put a meter on non working side got a reading of 5 on the working side had a reading of 10/11ish. When the working tab is disconnected and wires extended to the non working tab you get a clicking sound only NO movement? Im sure someone can shed some light on this.

take a big wire right to pos of battery and touch it to the big nuts on top of the solenoids. if nothing, check that the big ground for the pump is hooked up. this will either run motor in pump or tell you you need pump motor. or pump.
