Whats involved in changing to Kiekhaefer controls? Other than hole size what about cable hookup ?

It should be pretty straight forward, we switched to the Marine Machine throttles and shifters and used the same Morse cables.

You just need to change the cable ends. If you buy used Kiekhaefers make sure they have the J-hook cable ends. They are $38/ea. Pretty straight forward.
