Default With a HEAVY heart, I have to ask......Formula 357 SR-1 sale.......

All that know me here, should also know about my TBUS incident and following (still pending) legal battle with them.

I have fallen into arrears with my attorney, and need additional funds for an "expert witness" to refute the testimony provided by their "expert".....

It appears as though my last resort (yes, I've reached it) is to sell my baby.

Before I get into a big inventory list with a hundred pictures and detail what's been done and what it needs to complete, can I:

List it in the classifieds because it is not complete?

Also, I know what I have in it, and what I need to pursue my suit, but in don't know if there is a bridge between to two. It is a 25yr old boat that does not have Cigarette on the side.

I'm in waaaaay past 60k, but I need less than half of that. Am I on crack, or should I go ahead with the details?

Don't know the details but it sounds like it sucks. Good luck, as far as asking price etc, it would all depend on what it has for power and drives. probably worth more in pieces if it has expensive power. Based on what's written under that beautiful avitar it probably does.

That sucks big time dude.

I hate how long courts take, you would have thought the pictures of thier "expert" salvage would have been enough.

If its basically complete aka runs and floats then it needs a paid classified. Then you can start a thread in the Formula section for discussion with a link to the ad. If its a project, then it can go in the swap shop.

Get a loan against it and keep it . Is that an option? Just to get you by.

sorry to ask but not clear to me...

your center console sank, and your in a law battle for this console boat, but need to sell your 357 to be able to pay additionnal cost, right?

then why is the 357 in boxes and crates?

Or I dont get it and the 357 sank and that is why it's in boxes?

either way would like to see pictures!

thanks!

Jeff32 the 357 never sank. It's all about the cc that sank. The 357 was being all redone
