Finished my dash upgrade over the spring. Was unable to get a replacement set of VDO's, so went the way of Faria. They offer a 5" Tach and Speedo to replace the smaller VDO. All metal work was done by me, using a die grinder to open the 2" and 4.5" holes. Took less than an hour, then sent the panels out for powder and clear. Uppers are metalic black, lowers are silver.
Added Isotta Wheel (like new birds) from Great lakes Skipper (was $180 vs $600).
Fusion remote to replace the old Kenwood.
LED cupholds from ebay
Repalced Ray Marine Charplotter with Garmin 546, recessed it to clean up the looks.
Removed the old Merc black sticker on the throttles.
Replaced the Lowrance 3500 face with the chrome one from ebay.
Adding JL Audio sub controller where the old Formula Volume contol used to reside.
Removed windshield and re powdered.
Also replaced both exhaust systems and 1 y pipe.
My boat spent half it's previous live in salt and fresh. 100% fresh only as long as I own it.
Old parts for sale if someone needs something
Have some before pics in the slide show, ugly!

Thanks, not a major job - but I am happy how it came out. Dash really pops!
Didn't change a single sender. Faria could be a bit more precise, but work well enough for the performance of this boat (~50 mph). Would love some Gaffrig controls though to throttle better.

Bought the rockers covers thru http://www.searay-parts.com/. Really reasonable , even compared to ebay. On the lok out for the panel lights rocker, the only one I didn't find.
