Default Rebuilt Carb Recommendations

Hi guys, my wonderful Mercarb 2barrel is junk. NOT doing a 4-barrel conversion at this time...I will do it next season. Engine serial# 0K026165. Does anyone know a reliable company that sells rebuilt Mercarbs? I came across http://www.carb-x.com/ and http://flyingfishcarburetors.com/ who both carry them. Let me know what companies you like. Thanks!

Yup, when I don't feel like rebuilding a carb for someone (from NH+MA) I send them there. Especially quadrajets...lol.

Stay away from carbs, you want fiber and protein.

if you are gonna do 4v conversion, hard to justify spending money on rebuilt 2v for half a season. but 2v carbs are pretty simple to clean up and put a 20 dollar kit in.
