Electric hatch has one motor bad how can I get hatch open

Should b able to lift by hand and then pull pin to open all the way and brace with a pole...

Those electrical once are hard to move by hand. Just dont rip the screw out of the hatch or floor. I now see why the previous owner of my boat went with a Bennett hyro pump and twin 24" cylinders. Quiet and I can lift my hand if needed.
