Just figured I throw this up here for those in the South Eastern MI (Detroit River/Lake Erie) Area. There is a Raft Off party on Sunday July 6th at the Sand Bar just south of the Lake Erie Metro Parks Marina. They had a few of these last year and each one got a little bigger. It's nothing like Jobbie Nooner or the Moot Raft Off. It is a pretty good time. If your in the area come check it out. The weather should be picture perfect.

Also Trenton's Fireworks are July 4th in the Trenton Channel. The last few years, they have been 5x better than the Detroit Fireworks. Looking like a fun weekend ahead.

Swan Boat Club has it's annual regatta beginning tomorrow through Sunday. It's a blast. Food, drinks, entertainment, and great people . I'm going down Friday morning and spending the weekend. It would be nice to have more go fasts there!
